Can you talk about the development of Jack Sadowsky V so far?

Alright, Jack's a rookie, and he's learning every week. He's got the right attitude, works hard. He's got the mental toughness you need at middle linebacker. He's getting valuable experience, and that's crucial. We're seeing progress, even if the stats don't always jump off the page. He's doing his job, and that's what matters. We'll keep developing him.

How has Ryan Kelly's experience in the league helped the team so far?

Ryan's a veteran leader, plain and simple. His experience on the offensive line, that's invaluable. He sets the tone, communicates, keeps everyone on the same page. That kind of leadership, especially in tough situations, it's huge for us. He's a pro, and we're lucky to have him.

How do you see the competition level in the AFC South currently?

AFC South is a dogfight. Every week's a battle. Records don't mean much, especially this late. Jacksonville's tough, they're right there. We've got a good division record, but that doesn't guarantee anything. We're focused on us, controlling what we can control. It's a tight race, and we're ready for it.
